Most grids are built for the developer who integrates them. This one is also built for the person who uses it all day: getting it onto a projector, sharing a screen without showing a salary, marking up a sheet while talking through it, coming back to yesterday's view. All of it ships in the box, standard for every user, so nobody has to build it twice, and none of it is held back for a bigger licence.

Yesterday's view is still there on Friday.
Name a set of columns, filters, sorting and grouping, and switch between them like tabs. A view someone built on Monday survives a reload and a new session, so the analysis is a thing people return to rather than rebuild. Views are what presentation mode steps through like slides, and what a saved link restores.

Draw on it while you talk through it.
Arm a pen, an arrow, a box or a highlighter and draw over the grid to mark a column, circle an outlier or underline a total, without touching the data underneath. Marks are held in content coordinates, so they travel with the cells as you scroll, and the layer is inert until a tool is chosen, so the grid behaves as an ordinary grid the rest of the time. The marks keep their resolution when the display or the browser zoom changes, which is exactly the case of a laptop plugged into a projector.

A conversation attached to the cell it is about.
Threaded discussion pinned to a cell, with an unresolved count on the cell that carries it, so reviewing data happens in the grid rather than in a separate thread nobody can find later. The value being discussed and the discussion about it are in the same place.

Light, dark, high contrast and terminal, switched live.
Four themes ship, and high contrast is built to the WCAG boundary rules rather than being dark with the brightness turned up. The theme switches live, on the same grid, so a room that needs more contrast gets it without a reload.
