Talk to the engineers who build Lattice Grid.
Last updated 15 August 2026
One address, read by the engineers who write the code. There is no tier that routes you to someone reading the same documentation you already have.
Ask the community
For "how do I", the community forum is usually the quickest route, and the answer stays there for whoever asks next. We read it and answer in it. Questions about the API, a configuration that is not doing what you expected, or how somebody else solved the thing you are looking at all belong there.
If you hold a licence and you have a production issue, email us directly and mark it urgent rather than waiting on a public thread.
Send us a message
Or just email us
hello@latticegrid.dev reaches the same inbox, and is the better option if you want to attach something or you would rather not use a form.
What to send with a bug report
The version helps most. Call grid.getVersion() in the console
on the page in question and paste what it returns, along with your column
definitions and what you expected to happen. A grid config is usually
enough to reproduce something without access to your data.
Licensing questions
If you need a key reissued, a domain added to an existing key, or you are unsure whether what you are building counts as one deployment or two, ask. We would rather answer a scoping question up front than have you guess. The mechanics are on the licence page.
Privacy and data protection
The same address handles requests under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Our representative details and the rest of it are in the privacy policy.
