What happened

A sum/avg/min/max tile over a grid that holds only a window of its matching set (a pushdown, paged or remote source) cannot reduce the loaded rows - that would describe the page, not the relation. The engine could not answer it either, for the reason named, so the tile shows the documented unavailable state instead of a page-scoped figure.

The fix

Declare the statistic in the pushdown source's aggregates config (or the adapter's own capabilities.aggregates) so the engine can compute it, or scope the tile to selected rows if a window-scoped figure is what you actually want.
