What happened

A manual order ranks the rows the grid holds by an explicit list of keys. This grid's rows are sorted by a server, an engine or an adapter, which has no way to follow that list, so rowOrder.enter() or set() (or a restored view carrying one) left the order as it was.

The fix

Use an in-memory source for a grid whose rows users order by hand, or persist the order yourself and sort by it on the server.
