What happened

The row form built zero controls: every field named in rowForm.fields resolved to nothing (a blank field name, or fields itself is empty), or, with fields absent, the grid has no columns with a field to show. The form still opens rather than being left unreachable, but there is nothing a Save could ever collect.

The fix

Name at least one field in rowForm.fields, or give the grid a column with a field when fields is left to default to the grid's own columns.
