What happened

color takes one colour (a CSS hex or rgb() colour, or [r, g, b]), a categorical rule { field, map }, or a numeric ramp { field, scale: 'ramp' }. The value given was none of these, so every row is drawn in the grid theme's accent.

Give a colour, or name the column the colour follows in field.
