What happened

The aggregate plan could not be answered by the engine, and the board refuses to fill the gap by counting only the cards it has loaded - that number would silently understate the column. Counts and sums stay unavailable until the source can answer the GROUP BY in the engine.

The fix

Configure the source so its aggregates run in the engine (aggregates: { default: 'engine' }), or fix the adapter's grouped-aggregate path.
