What happened

The engine GROUP BY for the column counts and sums threw, so no totals are available and the board keeps the ones it had (or none). The loaded cards are unaffected, but counts, WIP-limit state and SLA states that read the engine count are.

The fix

Look at the error the message carries and check the adapter's grouped-aggregate path.
