What happened

The SLA machinery was switched on but given no threshold at any level, so nothing can ever cross one: no card will be marked as warning or breaching, and the SLA events will never fire. The feature is running and doing nothing.

The fix

Set warn and/or breach (in milliseconds) globally, per column or per lane.
