What happened

The htmx adapter does not inline the shell engine, so a [data-lattice-shell] element needs a factory: one registered with registerShell(), or the script-tag global the shell module's UMD build publishes (globalThis.LatticeGridShell.createShell). Neither was present, so the element was left un-mounted.

The fix

Load the shell module and call registerShell(createShell), or load its UMD build as a <script> tag so globalThis.LatticeGridShell.createShell exists.
