What happened

A [data-lattice-scheduler] element must wrap a server-rendered <table> (one <tr> per event, one <th data-field> per event field) for the adapter to mount the scheduler over; this one had no table, so nothing was built and the element was left as-is.

The fix

Put the event <table> inside the [data-lattice-scheduler] element, or drop the marker if the element is not meant to hold a schedule.
