What happened

The htmx adapter does not inline the Kanban engine, so it needs a factory: one registered with registerKanban(), or the script-tag global the Kanban module's UMD build publishes (globalThis.LatticeGridKanban.createKanban). Neither was present, so the element was left un-mounted.

The fix

Load the Kanban module and call registerKanban(createKanban), or load its UMD build as a <script> tag so globalThis.LatticeGridKanban.createKanban exists.
