What happened

A [data-lattice-gantt] element must wrap a server-rendered <table> (one <tr> per task, one <th data-field> per field) for the adapter to mount the split view over; this one had no table, so nothing was built and the element was left as-is.

The fix

Put the task <table> inside the [data-lattice-gantt] element, or drop the marker if the element is not meant to hold a plan.
