What happened

The htmx adapter does not inline the Gantt engine, so it needs a factory: one registered with registerGantt(), or the script-tag global the Gantt module's UMD build publishes (globalThis.LatticeGridGantt.createGantt). Neither was present, so the table was left un-mounted.

The fix

Load the Gantt module and call registerGantt(createGantt), or load its UMD build as a <script> tag so globalThis.LatticeGridGantt.createGantt exists.
