What happened

A header component's optional refresh() threw while the grid tried to update it in place for a width change. The grid destroys it and rebuilds the heading from scratch.

The fix

The error is attached to the console line. Fix whatever 'refresh()' throws on, or remove it so the component is always rebuilt.
