What happened

A row value in a geometry column is none of the accepted forms - free text, WKB that ends early or has bytes left over, a ring with fewer than three corners, a FeatureCollection (many rows, not one value). Nothing is stored for that cell, so it is blank and every filter, sort and export treats it as empty. The reason in the message says what was wrong; later refusals in the same column are not repeated.

The fix

Send WKB (bytes, hex or base64), WKT or a GeoJSON geometry or Feature. Load a FeatureCollection's features as rows.
