What happened

moveRow() named a task flagged loadOnly: true. A load-only booking states another project's load, not a plan to edit: it has no place in this plan's own WBS tree to move to, so the call is refused and the previous schedule is returned unchanged.

The fix

Reorder or re-parent the booking in the project it actually belongs to.
