What happened

A dependency named a task flagged loadOnly: true as its from or to. A load-only booking is kept out of the CPM engine entirely - it states another project's load, not a plan to schedule - so it cannot be a predecessor or successor; the dependency is dropped before scheduling and the rest of the plan schedules normally.

The fix

Remove the dependency, or stop flagging the task loadOnly if it genuinely belongs in this plan's dependency graph.
