What happened

The validator found a problem in the spec that belongs to no single panel or link - an unknown top-level key, a source that is not usable, a layout window naming no panel - and reports it by path. Whatever the problem touches is left out; everything else was built.

The fix

Correct the spec at the path named; validateDashboardSpec(spec) lists every problem without building.

The smallest fix

validateDashboardSpec(spec).problems;  // [{ path: 'sources.sales.rows', message: 'is not an array of rows' }]
