What happened

Rebuilding a dashboard attaches new grids to its router routes. A Data Router routes what arrives after a grid is attached; it does not replay what it already sent, so those panels are empty until the router's next load() or push().

The fix

Load the router again after apply() (or applyView() with different panels).

The smallest fix

dashboard.apply(next);
router.load(snapshot);
