What happened

propose() asks a model through the host's own callback, and the dashboard was created without one, so it declined: no request was made and the result's spec is null.

The fix

Pass the ask callback in the third argument of createDashboard.

The smallest fix

createDashboard(el, spec, { ...factories, ai: { ask } });
