What happened

Either the panel was not built - the reason names why: an unknown kind, a source that is missing or unusable, a chart or map with no source, the grid it views was not built, its factory is not on the page (a map panel with binding: 'leaflet' and no bindLeaflet, say), or the factory threw - and every other panel was built without it. Or it was built, but its viewer refused part of the options it was given (the viewer's own warning is quoted), an option the dashboard sets itself (rows/source on a grid with a source, grid/container on a chart) was not used, or the spec entry carries a key the dashboard does not read.

The fix

Read the reason: fix the kind or the source, load the module the panel needs (or pass its factory), or correct the option the viewer quotes.
