What happened

A specific test was forced - a t-test, Mann-Whitney, ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis - and all of them compare numeric distributions. The column is categorical, so the test cannot be run and the call returns null rather than coercing values into numbers.

The fix

Drop the test override and let the column family choose (a categorical column gets a chi-square or proportions test), or compare a numeric column.
