What happened

More rows fell inside the map's view than its viewportCap, and this map has no honest density form to draw instead: a choropleth draws each shape, and an engine map over a lon/lat pair or an adapter without the spatial grid bucket cannot have its rows binned by the engine. A random subset drawn as if it were the view would be the wrong picture, so the map draws none of the rows, writes the reason under itself and in its accessible summary, and reports it as chart.provenance().viewport.over.

The fix

Zoom in until the view holds no more than the cap; narrow the grid's filter; raise viewportCap if the browser can draw that many; or, for a marker or bubble map over DuckDB, place rows from a geometry column with duckdbAdapter({ spatial: true }) so the engine can bin them.
