What happened

cursor.groupTooltips was set to something other than 'pointer' or 'all'. The chart behaves as 'pointer': in a cursor group only the chart under the pointer, or the one cursor.set was called on, shows its tooltip.

The fix

Use 'pointer' (the default) or 'all' to give every chart in the group its own tooltip.

The smallest fix
